Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Peer Support Groups

Provides In-Person & Virtual Peer support groups for individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or BPD traits, and family, friends, and partners are all welcome.
The BPD Society of BC provides peer support groups for anyone living with Bipolar Personality Disorder or dysregulated emotions (no formal diagnosis required) and their loved ones. The groups are completely free, on a drop-in basis, with no requirement for a referral, and are offered in-person in 5 communities, as well as virtually across the Province.

In-Person Support Groups are offered in Kelowna, Nanaimo, New Westminster, Victoria and Vancouver. See below for location-specific information.

Virtual Peer Support Groups are offered for anyone in BC, including rural and remote communities, every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 PM - 5:45 PM (PST). Access Virtual Groups:
